If you want to get unity package, you should pay all fees in that project ( like hair, base, accessories,tools,.etc.)
Customization is based on available things that i bought, if I don't have it, you'll have to buy it yourself and send to me.
I dont remake old avatars I ever made before and I will not copy other creators' styles.

Terms of service
By purchasing, bidding on, trading for, or otherwise obtaining one of my works, you automatically agree to these.
1. Payment* Paypal only
* All prices are in USD.
* Full payment must be completed within 48 hours unless otherwise agreed.
* Payment plans are accepted for adopts priced over $100. Missed payments without communication for more than 14 days may result in cancellation, and previous payments may be forfeited.
* Failure to complete payment may result in the adoptable being put back up for sale.
* All payments are final unless the issue originates from my side, in which case the terms will be different.2. OwnershipAdoptables :
* Full ownership is transferred only after full payment is received.
* The buyer may change the name, personality, backstory, gender, species, and design.
* I remain the original designer of the character.
Commission :
* The client receives personal usage rights upon full payment.
* I retain the rights to the artwork for portfolio, display, and promotional use unless otherwise agreed.
* Clients may not claim the artwork as their own creation.3. Refund Policy* No refunds will be provided after ownership has been transferred.
* Refunds may only be considered if I am unable to complete my side of the transaction.4. Reselling / Transfer (Adoptables Only)* Adoptables may be resold or traded.
* Gifting (free transfer) of the character to another person is not allowed.
* Resale price may not exceed original value unless additional commissioned or personal artwork is included.
* All original files and ownership information must be transferred to the new owner.
* New owners must also follow these Terms of Service.5. Commercial Use* Commercial use is included for all adoptables
* For commissions, commercial use is not included by default and requires an additional fee.
* Commercial use fee for commissions will be charged separately based on the project scope.
* Credit to the artist is appreciated but not required unless otherwise stated.6. Prohibited UsesYou may NOT:
* Claim the original design as your own creation.
* Remove or alter my credit as the original designer.
* Use the character for hateful, discriminatory, illegal, or harmful content.
* Use the character in NFT projects, cryptocurrency projects, blockchain-related content, or AI training datasets without my explicit permission.7. Credit* Please credit me as the original designer whenever possible.
* If reposting the original adopt artwork, proper credit is required.8. Character Modifications ( Adoptable only )* Redesigns are allowed.
* Species changes, color changes, outfit changes, and other modifications are allowed.
* The character should remain reasonably recognizable if you intend to keep it connected to the original design.9. AgreementBy obtaining this adoptable, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.Last Updated: June 2026
